You’ve found your dream home at an incredible price! But the bad news is that one of the biggest potential purchases of your lifetime might come with a sinkhole problem. Before walking away, do your research. By understanding the history of the property, you can learn if there are any legitimate concerns.

If you are not sure how to read technical reports and cull through that information, give us a call. We know what questions to ask the sellers and will help you understand any technical reports that may come up during the discovery process.

If a previous sinkhole report has been completed, we can help you figure out what it all means.  If previous sinkhole remediation or foundation repair work has been completed, we can determine if the repair work was done correctly and to today’s standards.

Are there foundation cracks or interior/exterior distress that makes you uneasy?  Are there suspicious depressions, swales or other surface features that cause you concern?  Talk to one of our experts free of charge and put your mind at ease.  Sometimes buying that dream home for a price that is too good to be true, is just that.  Either way we can help you figure out if there is a true concern or if it’s time to move-in.
